After 78 years of being a private golf club, "The Brookwoods Contry Club" (Formally Ontario Golf Club) is now a Public Facility. Built in 1928, the course is no longer "the best kept secret" in Western New York.

The Brookwoods Country Club offers a rich history – hosting such prestigious events as the US women's Open Qualifier and five New York State amateur championships.  

The championship course has a fully computerized irrigation system that offers 5 set of tees appealing to golfers of all skill levels. Traditionalist will be impressed by this spectacular course known for its pristinely manicured greens and well maintained fairways.

Eagle Vale is a premier public golf course with a country club setting. Our scenic championship course is in immaculate condition and is designed for all levels of play. The course is always open to the public and is located within minutes of downtown Rochester.

Encompassed within the golf course are natural wetlands that provide nesting areas for a variety of wildlife. There is an abundance of plant life and flower gardens to add to the beauty of the terrain. Eagle Vale has achieved the distinction of having been named a Certified Audubon Sanctuary by Audubon International. Eagle Vale is currently the only course in Western New York to have earned this prestigious designation.

Certificates are valid for 2 golfers and a cart for 18 holes. Certificate valid all week except before 11am (mornings) on weekends and holidays. Call first to make sure there is not a conflict with tournament play.
